With what payment methods can I place my order?

The payment methods that we have available on our website are: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank card.

The credit cards accepted are the following: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, there is no problem canceling your order and we will refund the full amount.

The way to cancel your order is manually in the order history of your user account.

If your order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled and you must process a return.

Do the jewellery prices include VAT?

All the prices of our products have VAT included in the expenses. Therefore, you will not have to pay any additional cost.

What is the guarantee of the jewelry?

All our jewels are guaranteed for one month from the date of delivery of your order.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes wear damage coverage. Our customer service team will review each case in detail and will inform you of the procedure to follow.

In which countries do you deliver?

We have worldwide shipping. At the time of making your purchase you will see if there are shipping costs to send your White&Blu jewellery to your country.

We are not responsible for customs expenses incurred in the country where the package is received. In the event that the package is returned, shipping costs will not be reimbursed for administrative expenses.

How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

All orders with express delivery in 24/48 hours, free shipping or international shipments made within our business hours (Monday to Friday from 8am to 2pm) will be prepared and shipped the same day.

For all shipments made outside business hours, they will be shipped the next business day.

For shipments with a delivery period of 3/4 days made within our working hours, they include a preparation period of two business days, while those shipments that are made outside our normal hours, will include a preparation period of three days skillfully.

What is the period to make a return?

The period to make a return is 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.

How can I track my order?

When we prepare your order you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order with which you can know at all times where your order is and manage the delivery.

Customs charges

In certain circumstances, shipments to countries that are outside of the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the customer. White&Blu will help and provide the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management


In which cases can I make a return?

In order to make a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products to be returned in exchange must be within the return period. This period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • The products to be returned from the exchange, must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.

In the event that the returned product is not in perfect condition, White&Blu reserves the right to make a partial refund of the amount of said product. In no case will the original shipping costs of the order be reimbursed.

Despite the different control processes, if you have not received all the items in your order, no refunds will be made, a new shipment will be made with the missing products.

How can I make a return?

To make a return, please send us an email to info@whiteandblujewellery.com indicating your order number or full name and attach a photograph of the product you want to exchange.

Your request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once our customer service team has reviewed your case, you will receive the instructions with all the steps to follow by email.

It is the direct responsibility of the customer to provide the appropriate packaging during the transport of the return and that it arrives in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received at White&Blu.

How and when will I receive the refund amount?

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to manage the exchange or return.

You will receive a refund of the amount of the returned products through the same payment method that you made for your purchase. The refund may take up to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the package in our warehouse. Keep in mind that the shipping costs of the initial order are excluded from the amount to be paid.
